The long and short of it is that a few online financial institutions (Neteller, eCheck, Citadel and Instadebit) have opted out of the US market as an encompassing response to US legislation passed in late 2006.

Neteller will no longer process payments to US based affiliates. If you are based in the US and you have registered a Neteller account as your preferred payment method, please update your payment details on ReferSpot to either ACH, Wire, Check, Payspark or Click2Pay to ensure you continue to receive your payments.
